Bio
J. Ben Gainey is a Senior Advisor of Jamestown. Mr. Gainey has been a member of the Asset Management department for over 20 years, working on some of the most complex mixed-use assets in Jamestown’s portfolio. He has been focused on value creation in the following property types: urban office and retail primarily located in New York City, and suburban retail including grocery-anchored and power/lifestyle centers in major markets across the country. Mr. Gainey previously worked for the Prudential Insurance Company of America for 15 years. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of West Florida and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in real estate from Georgia State University.
