Ben Dotye joined Stream Realty Partners in 2022 and serves as an Associate in the Nashville office. Ben’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the office & retail transaction teams, market research, tenant representation and landlord representation.

Prior to joining Stream, Ben worked as a broker for The Cauble Group while attending college full-time. In this role, his responsibilities included representation of office, industrial, and retail owners, tenant representation, market research and marketing.
