Ben is a Director in the JLL’s Carolinas office and a partner on the Multifamily Sales Team. He joined JLL in 2022 with seven years of industry experience and a strong track record of representing private clients in the acquisition and disposition of B & C multifamily assets throughout he Carolinas. Prior to joining JLL, Ben worked with The McDaniel Team and Marcus & Millichap where he was involved in over $450M in investment sale transactions in the Carolinas from 2018-2022.
