Beau Meitl

Beau Meitl is an Associate with CBRE’s multifamily investment team. He focuses on existing value-add and stabilized multifamily product, as well as redevelopment of existing land parcels.

Prior to joining CBRE, Beau was a part of the Clark Group with Marcus & Millichap, where he aided a team of 5 professionals over the course of 2 years. During this time, he helped numerous family operations and professional real estate investment companies identify and implement strategies to help them achieve their lifestyle and investment goals. Beau has a deep understanding of the transactions and development projects in each of the submarkets each works in.
