Baylor Brimmer

Baylor Brimmer is a member of the Investments Group. As analyst, he is responsible for performing financial analysis through proprietary investment models, utilizing market data to construct rent/sale comparables & draw objective conclusions in an effort to identify tangible upside in multifamily communities throughout the Western United States. Prior to RedHill, Baylor worked at a local San Diego industrial brokerage as an intern/analyst. He holds a BBA from The University of San Diego where he graduated Magna Cum laude double majoring in Finance & Real Estate. Additionally, Baylor is an active member of NAIOP’s San Diego chapter, during his senior year at USD he had the privilege to participate in the 2023 NAIOP university challenge.
