Bart Wickard joined Newmark Dallas's investment brokerage team in 2010 and directs the secondary markets team that covers all of Texas north of Waco as well as New Mexico. Mr. Wickard and his team are involved with all aspects of client development, marketing, research, valuation, and sales. This is the only brokerage team exclusively focused on the secondary markets of North Texas and thus perennially ranks as the top producing team in this space, having closed more than 80 transactions during his tenure.

Mr. Wickard brings 10 years of financial planning and investment sales expertise and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University, where he was an All-American swimmer.
