Bart Hurlbut

Bart Hurlbut focuses on the sourcing and execution of new multifamily investments in the Western U.S. Bart is based in the firm's San Francisco office.

Prior to joining FCP in 2013, Bart was an Associate in Cassidy Turley's (now Cushman & Wakefield's) Capital Markets Group, where he helped source debt and structured equity transactions. He earned a BS in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia's McIntire School and is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the DC Real Estate Group, and a founding member of the Young Real Estate Professionals of Washington, DC.
