As Executive Vice President of Development for RED, Barry Shannahan brings over 20 years of broad real estate experience to the company’s development projects. He contributes expertise in development, redevelopment, financing and project management to advance RED’s development pipeline. As well, Shannahan’s knowledge of site selection, market analysis, and strategic entitlement management, along with strong industry relationships, continue to support RED’s key acquisitions and dispositions.
