Barry Hanerfeld, Senior Vice President in Brokerage Services -Tampa, represents Landlords and Tenants in negotiations for office space across Tampa Bay.

Barry began his career in real estate in 1986 with Long & Foster Real Estate Services Group in Washington, DC, until his move to Florida in 1990. Once in Florida, he served as Director of Leasing for The Wilson Company until 2008, where he managed a portfolio of 3 million square feet.

Prior to his current role at CBRE, Barry served as Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield in Tampa, from 2008 until April, 2019, where he leased in excess of 4 million square feet.
