He has an extensive knowledge of the Washington DC, New York City, and New Jersey retail markets and maintains strong relationships with the brokerage community and national and regional tenants in each region. Specializing in landlord and tenant representation, he has created, implemented, and managed all aspects of marketing and leasing plans for multitude projects including the first big box- anchored development in Washington, DC, the 550,000 sf. “DC-USA” project in Columbia Heights. He has also secured sites for national and regional tenants (Gap/Old Navy, Barnes & Noble, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Marshall’s, Modell’s, amongst others) and represented some of the largest retail portfolios of directly owned and third party managed, open-air shopping centers in New York, New Jersey, and Virginia.
