Barry Berlin

Barry Berlin is a Managing Director in the Finance and Capital Markets Group and the Chief Financial Officer of CIM Capital, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor, since January 2019. Since 2014, Mr. Berlin is the Executive Vice President and Treasurer of CIM Commercial Trust Corporation (CMCT) which is traded on the NASDAQ. He was also the Chief Financial Officer of CMCT's predecessor (PMC Commercial Trust) from 1993 until 2014 when it was acquired by a fund managed by CIM Group. In addition, since 1992 he has been the Chief Financial Officer of CMCT's wholly owned subsidiary lending business, which is regulated by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Mr. Berlin is a CPA that began his career with Laventhol and Horwath and continued with Imber and Company, Certified Public Accountants, as an Audit Manager. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.
