Barry Berenbaum founded K Street Capital in 2019 with a single mission to provide real estate debt and equity advisory with transparency and honesty. Barry has extensive experience in all facets of real estate investments including complex equity and debt capital structuring, business origination & development, property management and underwriting for all property classes. Prior to founding K Street Capital, Barry Berenbaum was a Managing Director at a boutique debt and equity advisory firm based in Boca Raton FL. Prior to working at Cref Advisors, Barry worked in property management for Global Healthcare, which is the management arm of a large privately-owned senior housing investment firm. Prior to working at Global Healthcare, Barry worked at Link Real Estate NYC, which is a boutique real estate investment and brokerage firm based in NYC. During his tenure at Link, Barry worked in Link’s Soho office in the rental brokerage division, assisting clients in buying and renting apartments in Lower Manhattan.
