Bio
Bari holds the position of Senior Vice President for Lincoln Property Company responsible for sourcing, negotiating and close financing associated with development projects, managing and negotiating joint venture agreements, and providing asset management oversight for projects in which Lincoln has an equity interest. Bari also has experience working on successful rezoning and entitlement processes related to Lincoln’s development projects. Additionally, she oversees the Receivership Services provided by LPC Asset Services, LLC for the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Bari is an active leader in Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and also a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and the Northern Virginia Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Prior to joining Lincoln in 1994, Bari worked as a Principal/Contract Manager for AMRESCO Industrial, Inc., in McLean, Virginia and as a Vice President with the real estate group NCNB Texas National Bank in Dallas, Texas.
