Babette Rutman joined Larken Associates in 1997 and has more than 35 years of experience in the real estate industry. Ms. Rutman oversees all aspects of the company’s financial activities including all reporting, tax matters, cash management and risk management. Ms. Rutman is a licensed Real Estate Broker for Raider Realty and is actively engaged in real estate closings and due diligence on new properties.
