As a senior certified HR professional (SHRM-SCP) with 20+ years of experience, she has supported the employee life cycle as a trusted Human Resources Business Partner in large, multi-state, and international organizations. Her diverse HR background includes employee relations, employee engagement, DE+I advocacy, and expertise in aligning HR strategies to business initiatives.
As the leader of the U.S. HR Business Partner team, she is the trusted HR Business Partner to Gil Borok, President and Chief Executive Officer, U.S. & LATAM, and the U.S. Senior Executive Leadership team. Avigail oversees the company’s HR Business Partners, who guide and manage dedicated human resources services across Colliers U.S.
