Austin Maddux

Austin Maddux is ARA's Executive Vice President, Deputy Portfolio Manager focusing on ARA's largest commingled fund, the American Core Realty Fund. Mr. Maddux shares responsibility for all components of Fund management including the development and implementation of portfolio strategy, investment composition including acquisition and disposition activities, property operations, and Fund data analytics in addition to serving an important role in client service and client reporting efforts. Prior to joining ARA, Mr. Maddux was an Acquisitions Vice President with Clarion Partners' Los Angeles-based acquisitions team, responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring and closing transactions throughout the western U.S. Prior to that, he served as a Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst in New York with RBC Capital Markets, a subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Canada.

Mr. Maddux has over 12 years of real estate experience and earned a B.S. degree from Arizona State University and a M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
