Profile
Austin Fabel is an Associate in the New York Middle Market Investment Sales Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he works alongside Michael Gembecki, Director, focusing on the Chelsea, and Greenwich Village Manhattan Submarkets.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Austin was a commercial real estate analyst and broker at Greiner-Maltz. He developed strong analytical, critical thinking and negotiation skills which are exemplified in his ability to construct financial, graphical, and regression models to forecast sales prices and capitalization rates. He brings this keen analytical approach and skill set to all his clients and their transactions. Austin is also focused on due diligence and canvassing investment properties for institutional investors, developers, and owners.
While earning his degree from Babson College, Austin was the captain of his division three varsity lacrosse team. Through his academic and athletic experiences, he hopes to take the values and lessons learned and apply them with a focus and specialization in the investment, development, and financing of these tangible assets.
