As marketing manager, Audrey develops and executes marketing strategies for the firm’s Southeast Investment Sales Group (ISG). In this capacity she is responsible for the development of valuation materials, offering memorandums, and overseeing property marketing campaigns. In addition, she provides support for the team’s business development initiatives, managing event planning, CRM, strategic planning, prospect research initiatives, and team collateral production. Audrey’s strengths are her attention to detail, organization, and strategic design skills.

Before joining Transwestern in 2021, Audrey worked as a Marketing Specialist for the boutique management consulting firm Eleventh House Solutions. Prior to that, Audrey took on various part-time marketing roles and internships, including an internship with the award-winning firm AgencyQ in Washington, D.C., where she provided support with research, pitch strategy, and business development.

Audrey earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland’s R. H. Smith School of Business in College Park, Maryland.
