Ashley Vanacore

Ashley Vanacore is CenterPoint’s Investment Officer in the West Region responsible for helping the team acquire prime infill and port-proximate properties in Southern California, in the Bay Area and in Seattle/Tacoma.

She graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Economics and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.

Before joining CenterPoint in 2021, Ashley worked at Duke Realty Corporation as a Senior Leasing & Development Representative, was an Associate in Clearwater Communities’ Acquisitions & Development Group and practiced law at Case, Ibrahim & Clauss.
