Bio
Ashley brings more than two decades of financial management experience to Brightwork Real Estate. She began her involvement in commercial real estate as a member of Arthur Andersen & Co.’s Washington, DC, tax office, where she worked with leading DC development firms, as well as Freddie Mac. Prior to joining Brightwork, Ashley was the CFO for a successful Tampa-based regional developer. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from Duke University. She was awarded the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) in 1996 and is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Tampa Bay.
