Asher Gunter is nationally recognized as a trusted multifamily leader with nearly two decades of transaction experience. Since joining CBRE in 2005, Asher has been involved in the disposition of more than 1,000 multifamily communities with a total value of ±$40 billion.

Under Asher’s co-leadership, the CBRE Phoenix Institutional Properties multifamily team is the most active group in the western United States and is one of the top-producing teams in the country. Asher’s extensive expertise combines a detailed understanding of underwriting, product knowledge, market dynamics, capital markets, and deep investor relationships to provide consistent success for his clients.

Asher also heads CBRE’s Southwest Institutional Multifamily Group providing senior leadership for disposition teams in Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and Southern California.
