Aryeh Bodner

Aryeh Bodner is responsible for assisting the asset management team in underwriting new acquisitions, report generation for current assets and ad-hoc analysis. Aryeh began his professional career as an intern with Frontier Property Group, where he researched demographics and target audiences for investors. After this experience, Bodner moved to a full-time role as a property and asset manager at AB and Sons Group, managing 10 buildings consisting of 105 mixed units across 500,000 square feet of space in New York City. He served in many capacities in redevelopment, renovations, maintenance, tenant support and leasing. Aryeh is a graduate of Touro College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management. He studied analysis and underwriting at The Riverside School of Business.
