Arnold E. Galman, who founded the company in 1980, is a true entrepreneur. His original goals – to start his own portfolio with strong cash flow – have guided the company. Arnie’s strengths are his ability to identify properties with a strong upside potential, his diligent analysis of every potential investment, his goal-oriented attitude and his unflagging perseverance. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and attended Delaware Law School. He is active with Golden Cradle and the Philadelphia Apartment Association.
