Bio
Prior to joining M-M Properties, Mr. Kitieu spent six years as a portfolio manager for a Canadian based investment manager and covered all REITs asset classes including office, multifamily, retail, industrial, and health care. He also worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company where he covered many different industries including transportation, oil and gas and utilities. Mr. Kitieu earned an MBA in Real Estate from the Wharton School of Business and a bachelor degree with a concentration in Finance and Economics from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. He is a CFA charter holder.
