Arielle Lee

Arielle Lee is a Vice President at Oak Coast Properties. Since joining OCP in 2014, Arielle facilitated over $1 billion in acquisitions, sales and refinances of multi-family and hospitality assets. Additionally, Arielle manages and oversees OCP’s portfolio assets with her responsibilities ranging from operations management to investor relations. Prior to OCP, Arielle worked at investment banking groups, including Cappello Capital and Ocean Park Advisors, where she was involved in capital raises for private multi-family real estate funds, NPA portfolio dispositions by national banks, as well as the restructuring and subsequent $100 million sale of one of the nation’s largest bio refineries. Academically, Arielle graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
