Ari Rastegar is the Founder and CEO of Rastegar Property Company, LLC (“Rastegar Property Company”), a technology focused private equity real estate company based in Austin, TX. As an entrepreneur, he has built portfolios as an investor, developer and manager spanning 38 cities and 13 states encompassing over 5,000,000 sq ft of properties.Since launching Rastegar Property Company, Ari has led the firm by building portfolios of multifamily properties specializing in vintage apartment complexes and acquiring key land locations for development into multi-family and commercial properties.
