Ari Nordsten-Foster

Ari Nordsten-Foster, Director of Accounting and Finance, is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting for all investments including the Green Cities Funds and their subsidiaries, separate accounts, and related affiliates. Ari also oversees the Green Cities Property Management (GCPM) accounting team. Previously, Ari spent 8 years at PwC, where she focused on the auditing of real estate investment companies across a range of assignments, including individual investment accounts and international REITs. Ari holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Portland and received her CPA license in 2014. In her spare time, Ari can be found cooking new recipes for her loved ones, attending any live sporting event, seeking out live music, and joining far too many of the Willamette Valley’s wineries.
