Ari Mandelbaum is the Vice President of Dwight Capital. As EVP, Mr. Mandelbaum brings to the firm his professional experience and broad business vision. Some of his current responsibilities include the structuring and placement of multifamily & healthcare loans and the day-to-day handling of several debt products such as FHA MAP & LEAN lending, bridge to FHA and CMBS multifamily financing. Ari serves as a liaison between borrower, HUD, and the internal underwriting team, ensuring a smooth transaction for all parties involved. As executive Vice President of Dwight Capital, he manages all aspects of the loan origination process; this includes guiding and overseeing a team of highly qualified analysts in their search for opportunities to refinance existing mortgages and negotiate each transaction's terms. Prior to Dwight Capital, Ari Mandelbaum worked as Originator at Greystone & CO. Inc., where he was involved with the Sasouness group originating over $200 Million in FHA loans. Mr. Mendelbaum began his career in Real Estate as a Director for Norman Bobrow & Co., one of the largest commercial real estate firms in Manhattan, where he worked for five years before moving on to Greystone to step into the role of Originator. Ari's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree from Touro College.
