Aras Holden

Aras Holden has been an integral member of the Broad Street team since 2012. In his current role, Aras works closely with the executive team on investment strategy and is responsible for sourcing and underwriting acquisition and development opportunities. Additionally, he oversees major development projects including Midtown Row midtownrowwilliamsburg.com, Broad Street's first mixed-use property. Previously, Aras fulfilled an asset management function where he led the repositioning efforts of several key properties and focused on developing best practices across the portfolio. Aras began his career at Costar as a research associate before joining Broad Street.
