As Senior Vice President of Finance, April Fischer oversees the project financing, asset management and property management functions for RED. In April’s 20 years of real estate experience she has led ground up development projects, underwritten numerous shopping center acquisitions and managed complex real estate transactions. April currently oversees a portfolio of over 20 operating assets totaling 7 million square feet across seven states and manages a loan portfolio in excess of $1.2 billion.
