Aoife Harer is an associate director of Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop. In her role, she is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raise assignments for multifamily assets, with a focus on markets in the Southeast.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Harer was an associate in the Debt Capital Markets group at Bank of America, with a focus on Investment Grade Loan Syndications. In her role, she was responsible for the marketing, structuring, underwriting, and syndicating of debt products.

Ms. Harer earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and French from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
