Bio
Tony Maduri is SVP, Asset Management at Epic Investment Services and leads the Toronto based asset management group responsible for office and industrial in the GTA and multifamily and retail shopping centres in the GTA, Calgary, and Vancouver. Tony works with our investors to develop and implement strategies that will maximize the value of property holdings by optimizing operations, pursuing revenue generating opportunities, as well as executing on new developments. Over his 30 years of experience, Tony has held progressive senior roles in commercial real estate managing all asset classes.
Prior to joining Epic, Tony was with Morguard Investments Limited where he oversaw a retail portfolio of 2.4M sq.ft. and an 900K sq.ft. office portfolio in Ottawa.
Previously he was Senior Vice President at Delta Hotels, responsible for 13 hotels valued at $900M.
He worked for GE Capital Real Estate and led the Equity Operations group responsible for the Canadian equity portfolio ($2bn/14m sf, 223 properties) in Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, and Western Canada
Tony was also with Bentall Kennedy with responsibility for 5.2M sf commercial portfolio valued at $900M, including 1,100 multi-res portfolio on behalf of STIQ/Caisse, Government of Newfoundland & Labrador, Hydro Quebec, Equitable Life, and CIBC Pension Fund.
Tony has a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from York University and a Bachelor of Architectural Technology (Project Management) from Ryerson University. He is based out of Epic’s Toronto head office.
