Mr. Melchionda, Waterstone’s Managing Partner, oversees all aspects of the Company’s operations, including acquisition, financing, development and redevelopment. He directly manages all new business and structured finance transactions for Waterstone’s US portfolio. The company’s investment strategy focus exclusively within the Industrial/Distribution, Retail and High Tech Medical office asset classes.
