Mr. Pasqual joined Cushman & Wakefield in July 2010 and is currently an Associate in the Corporate Finance & Investment Banking Group. In his current position, Mr. Pasqual works closely with members of the Capital Markets Group to assist corporations, institutions and other owners and users in maximizing real estate value through the use of structured financial products, involving tax, capital and accounting strategies. In addition, Mr. Pasqual assists corporate institutions in forming and executing strategic occupancy plans throughout New York.

Mr. Pasqual has worked on transactions including financings, sale-leasebacks, and other structured lease transactions as well as advisory assignments on behalf of corporate and institutional clients including The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Nomura Securities, Oppenheimer & Company, AIG, Pfizer, Verizon, and MetLife.
