Anthony DeLorenzo is an Executive Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets, Investment Properties, based in Newport Beach, California. With over 13 years of experience in the sale of commercial real estate, Anthony co-leads the Investment Properties-SoCal/Phoenix team. Anthony and his team are considered to be one of the premier investment sales brokerage teams in the Pacific Western United States. The team focuses on the disposition, joint venture, re-capitalization and advisory services for office, industrial, medical and land throughout Southern California on behalf of institutional clients, high net worth owners and foreign investors.
Anthony's diverse experience covers a wide range of properties and deal size, ranging from $6 million to $500 million. Over the course of his career Anthony has sold over 350 properties for over $4.5 billion in consideration.
