Anthony Asencio has been a real estate investment sales agent with Marcus & Millichap since joining the firm in 2006. Based in the firm's Saddle Brook, New Jersey office , he is responsible for new business development, sourcing disposition and acquisition, advisory, and consulting engagements. He specializes in providing investment solutions to clients in support and execution of their strategic investment initiatives. Mr. Asencio represents clients in the disposition and acquisition initiatives of Office & Industrial, Medical Office, and Retail assets. Mr. Asencio is a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. He lives in Midland Park, New Jersey with his wife Elizabeth, and two children Quentin, and Isabella. Mr. Asencio is actively involved in numerous volunteer positions with the youth sports programs as treasurer of the soccer association, secretary of the basketball association, and coach of girls basketball, soccer, and softball travel teams. Additionally, he previously served as the committee chairman of Cub Scouts Pack 157, and content administrator of the Midland Park Public Education Foundation (MPPEF) website.
