Bio

Annmarie De La Vega is the Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer of De La Vega Development and oversees all business operations, strategies and applications of the De La Vega brand and its various developments. Mrs. De La Vega’s vision and leadership positions the company for success in brand marketing, engagement, design and community relations. Her attention to detail, passion for people and creative approach – combined with her background in consumer insights, sales and marketing – gives her a unique perspective in creating meaningful experiences for the company’s mixed-use developments. Prior to joining De La Vega, Mrs. De La Vega spent more than 10 years alongside global leaders in the premium drinks industry, specifically DIAGEO and Pernod Ricard. Her extensive background working with celebrated lifestyle brands and national retailers, such as 7-Eleven, Albertsons-Safeway Co., Walgreens, Sprouts Farmers Market and Brinker International, has given her a deep understanding of what motivates retailers, food and beverage operators, and hospitality end-users. Mrs. De La Vega remains focused on destinations that speak to people and cut through the noise, fostering a deeper human connection. In addition to her EVP and Chief Brand Officer duties, Mrs. De La Vega also steers De La Vega Development’s philanthropic mission, with special attention to providing a positive impact on the various communities in which the company develops. A Dallas native, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University.
