Anne Johnson

Anne Johnson began her brokerage career with CBRE in 1989. Since then, Ms. Johnson's focus has been on a successful balance between tenant representation and listings on manufacturing, bulk distribution, and office and warehouse space. Ms. Johnson is one of the most active brokers in the Carolinas, typically participating in over 75 transactions per year. She is also one of Charlotte's most experienced and knowledgeable brokers, which enables her to achieve significant results for her clients. Ms. Johnson has consistently been recognized by the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors as one of Charlotte's top brokers, including the region's top industrial producer for 1999, 2007, 2013 and 2015, the second highest industrial producer in 1996, 1997, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2014 and 2017, and the third highest industrial producer in 2006 and 2016. Ms. Johnson was also recognized as the region's second highest investment producer in 2006 and the third highest investment producer in 2008 and 2009. She has been a Gold/Platinum Award Recipient (highest level producer) every year since 1995. She has also been recognized by the Charlotte Business Journal as one of the top businesswomen in the Charlotte area.

In addition to representing a wide range of national, regional and local industrial tenants, Ms. Johnson represents a number of significant industrial landlords, including EastGroupProperties, GLP, Crescent, Gramercy Property Trust, and Sun Life. Over recent years, Ms. Johnson has completed a wide range of investment sales for industrial and office/flex properties. Clients include Aegon, Adler Group, Allianz Investment Corp., AMB Property Corporation, Beacon Partners, Bentall Kennedy, Capmark Investments, Century Park Partners, CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust, Childress Klein Properties, CIGNA, Cohen Asset Management, DRA Advisors, Exeter Property Group, Fidelity Investments, Lennar Partners, Lincoln National Life, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, National Life, Parthenon Realty, Prologis, RREEF, Trinity, and Wells Fargo. Ms. Johnson is very involved in a variety of community service activities, including Habitat for Humanity, Crisis Assistance Ministry and the Uptown Homeless Shelter. She also taught a senior high Sunday school class for over 20 years.
