Anne Hecht joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2006, continuing her career as a retail specialist.
Prior to relocating to Portland in 1999, Anne's real estate career in Seattle included a successful 10-year career with CB Richard Ellis and 7 years in asset management, managing over one million square feet of medical office, retail and industrial product. After moving to Portland, she joined Spieker Properties as a member of the Due Diligence Team during their disposition of their industrial portfolio to RREEF and spent nearly 3 years as a sales representative for Ticor Title Commercial Division prior to returning to brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield.
Awards & Associations
Anne attended Washington State University and Katharine Gibbs School in Boston. Licensed in Oregon and Washington, Anne is a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors (CAR), a member and past board member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Community involvement for Anne includes Beaverton School District volunteering, current Chair of the Oregon Association of Synchronized Swimming (OASS) and as an active member of the Multnomah Athletic Club as past Committee Chair of MAC Synchronized Swimming.
