Prior to joining Matthews™, Annaliese interned as an analyst with CoreVest Finance, where she underwrote and reviewed due diligence on loans secured by portfolios of multifamily properties. In this role, she also conducted a cash flow analysis that incorporated lease terms and expenses to project cash flows throughout the life of a loan.
