Bio
Annabel T. Chu is the Senior Vice President-Controller for Legacy Partners’ Southern California Residential Division, where she is currently responsible for all of the property management accounting operations. She was also intimately involved in development accounting and construction loan draws during development phases. Ms. Chu’s previous experience included working for the Lincoln Property Company-Commercial division in Southern California, and for the Trammell Crow Company. She has been with Legacy since 1999.
Ms. Chu, a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California, earned her accounting degree from California State University, Long Beach and a real estate investment certification from University of California, Irvine. She is an active member in the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
