Bio

Ms. McGuire serves as Supervisory Vice President – Asset Management for Easterly Government Properties.

Ms. McGuire is responsible for asset management of the firm’s portfolio, including managing the financial performance of the assets, property operations, leasing, capital planning and investment, and tenant satisfaction.

Ms. McGuire has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience including asset management, acquisitions, dispositions and financing. During her career, Ms. McGuire has been involved in the management of multiple asset types including office, retail, multifamily, hotel and industrial properties. Prior to joining Easterly, Ms. McGuire was an Associate Director of Asset Management for MetLife Real Estate Investments, where she oversaw assets comprising nearly $1.5 billion in equity value. Prior to MetLife, Ms. McGuire was part of the Corporate Financial Strategy and Analysis team at Marriott International, and has previously held real estate acquisitions and asset management roles with ING Clarion Partners and Quadrangle Development Corporation.

Ms. McGuire is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Washington, DC, and former board member and president of the CFA Society of Washington, DC. She is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and co-chairs the CREW DC Community Action Committee. Ms. McGuire is also a LEED Green Associate.

Ms. McGuire received a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Connecticut and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from Towson University.
