Andy Weeks

Andy Weeks’ primary responsibilities involve the identification, investigation and management of new build-to-suit and speculative development opportunities in Columbus and the surrounding region. Andy has over fifteen years of commercial real estate experience in a wide variety of product types including office, industrial and senior housing. He has completed projects with an aggregate value of over $500 million in several different markets across the country. Prior to joining VanTrust, Andy was the Vice President of Real Estate Development at Opus North Corporation where he was responsible for the development and leasing of over four million square feet of commercial projects in Columbus and Cincinnati. Prior to that, Andy managed the real estate department of a publicly traded senior housing company and oversaw the development of 25 senior housing projects across the nation. Andy is a graduate of Furman University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is active in the Central Ohio community and has served on the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Foundation Board of Directors, the Central Ohio NAIOP Board of Directors, Upper Arlington Civic Association, and Ohio Economic Development Association. Andy has also served on numerous industry panels.
