Bio
As Lionstone’s Chief Investment Officer, Andy Lusk serves as chair of the Investment Committee and oversees the Acquisitions, Research and Analytics, Investment Risk, Portfolio Management, and Public Equity teams. Mr. Lusk and his team deploy approximately $1.0 billion of capital per year utilizing advanced analytic capabilities to pinpoint long-term demand, constrained supply, and attractive pricing. As Head of Corporate Strategy, he is responsible for the development of long-range strategic initiatives and growth strategies to improve the firm’s overall performance. Prior to joining Lionstone in 2011, he worked in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Goldman Sachs where he helped execute various strategic advisory transactions and capital raises. Previously Mr. Lusk worked in acquisitions at LaSalle Investment Management. Mr. Lusk is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received an MBA from The University of Texas.
