Andy Feinberg

Andy joined Ackman-Ziff in 2012 and is responsible for the origination, analysis and execution of debt and equity for all property types. He has closed billions of dollars in real estate transactions during his career, including office, multi-family, retail, hotel, industrial, cold storage, healthcare and non-profit assets.

Andy specializes in construction, joint venture equity and highly structured multi-tranche financings. He has earned a reputation for integrity throughout his representation of borrowers, lenders and other professionals. Prior to joining Ackman-Ziff, Andy was a Vice President and Partner at Winthrop Realty Trust where he spent eleven years working on structured finance, property acquisitions, joint-ventures and underwriting. In addition, he was an asset manager for 1,000 apartments units and over 100 commercial properties.

Andy is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is the co-chair of ULI NEXT New York. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Young Jewish Professionals (YJP). He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University and was named a Dean’s Graduate Scholar while at the Northeastern University Graduate School of Business. He also studied real estate finance at Harvard University and spent a semester studying abroad at the University of Ghana in Accra.
