Andrew Yi

Andrew Yi is a Financial Analyst with CBRE’s Investment Properties, Capital Markets group.  He provides financial underwriting and support for Mike Harrell, Lou Nutter and Cliff Taylor, who combine to create a diverse team that focuses on both office and retail investment sales across the southeast.  The team specializes in providing sophisticated asset disposition and finance services for office and retail to high net-worth individuals, local entrepreneurs, private equity funds, and institutional clients with non-core assets located throughout North Florida.

Andy is responsible for the preparation of lease analyses, financial models, underwriting, valuation, and an assortment of additional tasks in support of the Capital Markets, Investment Properties team in the Jacksonville market.

Prior to joining CBRE, Andy was a Captain in the United States Marine Corps and participated in both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
