Andy Stefanich is a Vice President at CBRE and has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 2001. Andy specializes in the sale of freestanding buildings, vacant land specific to both retail and residential developments and land assemblage projects.
Andy's expertise in retail properties in the Milwaukee area has afforded him opportunities to represent national and local owners and retailers. As a Milwaukee native, Andy has a solid understanding of the Metropolitan Milwaukee market.
Over his career, Andy has exclusively represented a number of national retailers in the market, including Chick-fil-A, a national big box discount retailer, CVS Pharmacy, Lowe's Home Improvement and Rainbow Child Care.
