Andrew Stark specializes in industrial leasing and sales. He represents manufactures, distributors and third-party logistics companies (3PL's), focusing on the South King and Pierce County submarkets. Mr. Stark's clients benefit throughout the leasing and sales process as he incorporates his keen understanding of industry trends and the demands faced by both corporations and landlords.
Mr. Stark joined CBRE after several years at Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. and Grubb and Ellis.
