Bio

Andrew Schoene, Director, is based out of the company’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin office, and focuses on arranging financing for multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality properties throughout the United States.

 

He has extensive relationships in the capital markets and has closed transactions with more than 25 different life insurance companies, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, CMBS providers, debt funds, as well as numerous local, regional, and national banks. Since joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Schoene has been directly involved in arranging more than $1 billion in debt with structures including permanent financing, construction, bridge, and mezzanine financing.

 

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Schoene served as Vice President at BMO Harris Bank where he originated and managed commercial real estate loans for Milwaukee-based real estate development and investment groups.

 

Mr. Schoene attended Marquette University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with an emphasis on real estate.

 

Beyond the company, Mr. Schoene is a member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW), and he is a board member of Real Estate Alumni of Marquette (REALM).
