Andrew Sasson

Andrew is a Managing Director in the Investment Sales practice at Ackman-Ziff. An expert in the Brooklyn market, Andrew specializes in the sale of all commercial asset types and has been responsible for some of the largest and most notable transactions in the Brooklyn market.

Prior to joining Ackman-Ziff, Andrew was an investment sales executive at Eastern Consolidated. Before Eastern Consolidated, he was an Asset Manager at a local property management firm where he was responsible for the management of over 30 commercial assets including residential properties, mixed-use properties, commercial properties, and hotels located in New York, New Jersey, and California. He also was heavily involved in numerous retail and office leasing negotiations.

Andrew is on the Board of Directors of the Young Mortgage Bankers Association and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). He is a graduate of Boston University with a degree in Hotel Management and has a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
